Turmeric Shots

This recipe is used to: improve circulation and prevent arteriosclerosis, promote proper liver function, help reduce blood glucose levels (advised for diabetics), promote the elimination of toxins, antioxidant, antibiotic, antifungal, anti- inflammation, improve the immune system, prevent cancer, and promote a healthy digestive system.

Ingredients:

Preparation

  1. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemons
  2. Peel the turmeric and ginger and cut into small pieces (you can also leave it with the peel if you prefer)
  3. Blend all ingredients
  4. Pass the mixture through a strainer
  5. Serve or keep in the refrigerator up to 4 days
