Recipe: Mango Scorpion Salsa
Scorpion Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons squeezed lemon
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 scorpion chile , seeds and veins removed, chopped
- 2 cups roma tomato , chopped
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pashte mango
- 1/2 cup red onion , chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro , chopped
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 1 bag of corn nachos
Preparation
- Mix lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and scorpion chili. Let stand 5 min.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is incorporated.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. serve with nachos
