Made with grapes of the most native variety of La Conca de Barbera; the Trepat. Light peculiar maceration and fermentation at low temperature with endogenous yeasts. I work with the fine lees for a few months after fermentation.
Fun and elegant at the same time. We wanted to make the Trepat Rosé trying to show the aromatic and taste potential of our variety, in its most traditional production.

Organic farming since 2011; in the process of CCPAE certification.
Soil Type: Local argil soils. Situated on the sunny slopes of the Prades Mountains.
Climate: Continental-Mediterranean.
Age of the Vineyards: 6 Years.
Altitude: 500m above sea level.
Production (kg / ha.): 7000 Kg / ha.

TASTING SHEET

Color : Salmon pink.

Aroma: Intense; red fruits with cream; touch of peppers and notes of aromatic herbs.

Tasting: The palate is broad and delicate. It leaves us with a persistent aftertaste of fruit and very refreshing spicy and vegetable notes. Dry.

Temperature: Consume at 8-10 ºC.

Pairing: Pairs very well with rice, carpaccio, pasta, blue fish and white meats
