Pepitas Caramenchiladas - Semi-Spicy XX

It is a sandwich inspired by the typical sweets of Guatemala with the characteristic touch of the semi-spicy Holy Chile. Crispy pepitoria seeds covered with caramel of chilies and spices.

This XX version has a slightly spicy touch to carry it as a snack in your backpack, to combine with salads, texture soups and creamy pasta, as snacks next to your delicatessen or favorite drink. Anyway, they're delicious.

XX = 2/5 level of spiciness.

INGREDIENTS: pepitoria, cahabonero pepper, guaque pepper, raisin pepper, garlic, panela, salt, extra virgin olive oil.
