Use
Every morning when you wake up, use your copper cleaner to remove the
accumulation of bacteria in this way:
- Stand in front of the mirror and stick out your tongue as much as possible
- Hold it at both ends and scrape from the depths of your tongue outwards. Bring the cleaner as far back as possible.
- Clean it with water, and
- Repeat the procedure for the two sides of the tongue trying to cover all areas of your tongue.
- Then wash it again with water and dry it well and save it for use every morning.
