Blackberry Cardamom Kombucha is an effervescent fermentation of sweetened white tea. This kombucha is naturally carbonated and flavored with fresh berries and cardamom from Guatemala.
This kombucha is rich in B vitamins and therefore makes an excellent tonic to help increase energy, improve mental clarity and mood stability. Kombucha is also credited with improving digestion, fighting the overgrowth of candida (harmful yeast), cleansing the kidneys, and delaying the onset of degenerative diseases like arthritis.
