Kefir is a probiotic fermented drink. Our vegan kefir is unique, made with cashew seeds, grown locally, which ferments with a culture of bacteria that consume the sugars present, resulting in a drink loaded with friendly bacteria for your gut.
Suggested consumption: 2oz a day, on an empty stomach. It can be taken 2oz at night if you have a lot of reflux. Up to 6oz/day can be consumed.
