
Recipe: Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- ½ cup raisins
- 8 ounces goat cheese (ripe recommended) cut into small pieces
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Combine broccoli, onion, raisins, cheese, and tomatoes in a large bowl.
- Combine the oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Mix the two and refrigerate before serving.
