Coconut milk

Coconut has many benefits for our health:

It is super easy to make, for a liter of coconut milk you need:
- 4 cups of water
- 1 blanket to separate the pulp
Preparation
- Introduce the coconut meat in the blender with the water. You can use coconut water too.
- Blend for a couple of minutes and then strain it with the cloth to separate the pulp.

This milk stays fresh for 3 to 4 days maximum, keep refrigerated and it is better to store it in a glass container.
Tip: With the pulp you can create many products or use it for cooking.
