almond milk

Ingredients

1 cup ofalmonds
5 cups of water
1 pinch of salt

Preparation
  1. Soak almonds (with shell is fine) x 12hrs

  2. strain the water

  3. Blend with 5 cups of water and salt

  4. Strain the milk with a fine cloth to separate the pulp

  5. Flavor with vanilla and cinnamon to taste

  6. Save the almond pulp to make desserts
