Chickpeas with ginger & curcuma chorizos
Delicious chickpeas with chorizos and a touch of heat with ginger and turmeric. Very simple recipe to prepare, you just have to follow the following steps:
Ingredients
- 720 ml of cooked chickpeas
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 sausages
- 1/2 cup grated fresh ginger and turmeric
- 1 cup of natural tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
Preparation
1. In a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic, when the color changes, add the ginger and fresh grated curcuma and fry for about 3 minutes.
2. Add the chorizos, mix and cook. You can add a few tablespoons of water so it doesn't dry out.
3. Add the chickpeas and then the sauce, tomato paste and cumin.
4. Mix well and bring to a boil. You can add water or more sauce to make it juicy.
Tip: Accompany with chopped cilantro and a little yogurt to give it a sour touch.
