Banana Pancakes Vegan and Gluten Free

Ingredients
1 cup of homemade almond milk
1 cup of rice flour
1 cup oat flour
1 tsp brown sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
A few drops of vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Make the pancakes with enough coconut oil so that they are golden.
